Online shopping is expected to become easier for foreigners trying to buy products from South Korean online vendors. The Financial Services Commission announced on Saturday that it will seek ways to revise regulations to allow foreigners to make purchases from South Korean online shops without digital certificates. The commission will consider allowing foreigners to buy goods by simply entering credit card numbers of internationally accepted cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Read more at [KBS World]
