Starting off with a Korean classic, at least as far as the later 20th century. Nongshim Shin Noodle Ramyun is the best known and most common ramyun in Korea. It’s hot and spicy and quite versatile. We’ll explore some recipes in the future. Granted, these recipes fall into the “bachelor hangover special” variety.
